• This application is for a pitch only. No tents of equipments will be provided.

• The pitch size applied for is the maximum space space you are permitted to use, if you go over this you will incur extra charges or be asked to reduce your pitch size.

• To comply with our license conditions you agree to be in a position to close your stall no later than 11pm, we reserve the right to turn away customers to your stalls if you do not abide by this rule.

• No raffles, lotteries, instant draws or other games of chance will be permitted on the showground or in the car park without written permission from the North Show Society.

• Stalls selling any food products agree to provide proof of their environmental health rating prior to attending the show.

• The free car parking ticket enables you to deliver and collect goods for your pitch but cars much be parked in designated traders area in the Home Farm car park. No cars will be permitted into the showground after 10am on each morning of the show  The only access gate to the park will be locked at 10am and will only be opened for exceptional circumstances between 10am and 10pm, please ensure all delieveries are complete by 10am. This condition has been set by the Environment and Infrastructure Department.

• Stands must be completed and ready to open by 10am on the Wednesday morning.

• Pitches must be left clean and tidy at the end of each show day.

• The Committee cannot be held responsible for items lost during the duration of the show.

An invoice will be sent to you following acceptance of your pitch, as per our Terms & Conditions. Your pitch is only secured once full payment has been received.

A reminder email will be sent out closer to the time, but please ask for Scott or Simon at the committee tent for directions to your pitch on either the Monday or Tuesday of the show week.
